Our team
The team behind Digital Openers
Digital Openers brings together experience in digital development, technology, communications, business development and organisational governance. Together we have several decades of experience helping organisations understand complex needs, make decisions and implement change in practice.
We combine strategic advice with hands-on delivery and add specialist expertise when the engagement requires it.
Malin works with project management, strategic communications, research and business development. She is responsible for the company’s overall direction and leads engagements where multiple skills and perspectives need to be held together.
She has a background in journalism, marketing and communications and works with feasibility studies, workshops, training, change work and packaging complex offerings.
Gustaf works with business development, client dialogue and building partnerships with organisations that need practical support in their digital development.
He helps define needs, find workable engagement setups and position Digital Openers as an implementation partner.
Elenor is responsible for finance, administration and follow-up. She also works with project support, quality assurance and production of digital training.
Her work creates structure in both day-to-day operations and our client engagements and ensures that decisions, deliveries and practical matters are followed through.
Erik works with data engineering, system integrations, platform engineering and Infrastructure as Code. He analyses technical environments, solves problems and builds solutions that can be documented and maintained.
He has experience with complex IT environments and focuses on stability, reduced key-person dependency and solutions that work in the client’s existing operations.
Johan is chair of the board at Digital Openers and also works operationally with strategic questions, business development and client relationships.
He has long experience of leadership, organisational development and advisory work. At Digital Openers he contributes an overall operations and business perspective, support on important decisions and a broad network.
We assemble the right skills for each engagement and take responsibility for the whole - from analysis and planning to delivery and handover.
