CEO, IT and procurement
Buy a first project you can leave
No public-procurement duty. That makes the DPA, the exit and a bounded first wave more important. Book a demo, a written question list or a 4-8 week trial.
Routes to a contract
The path depends on where you start
A time-boxed environment with a clear end date, a DPA and export. You pay for operations and the first wave - not an endless licence line.
One bounded flow: a site, a data space, an integration or a bounded pilot. Success criteria go in the contract. Then operations or exit.
When the first assignment holds you can sign an operations frame. Not the other way around.
Process
Steps in your order
Demo and the first assignment sit in the middle. A full contract comes after you have evidence.
Step 1: Need and risk
What must you own? Where is the lock-in? What may the first wave cost in time?
Step 2: Demo or written questions
The same questions to each vendor. Answers you can compare.
Step 3: Trial or first project
One flow in or near production. Measure use, not installation.
Step 4: Decision
Operate, expand or leave. Exit should already be in the contract.
Demo
What you leave a demo with
A demo is part of market analysis. It is not a purchase.
A shared picture of the first wave
DPA, hosting location and exit in plain language
Written answers you can compare with others
A proposed trial or 4-8 week project
Before you buy
Dialogue on equal terms
Send the same list to us and to others. We answer in writing.
We show what you will actually buy first - not the whole catalogue.
Evaluation
Make the need measurable
Ask every supplier the same thing. The wording is about your need, not a product name.
| Need to state | How it becomes evaluable |
|---|---|
| Where do data and sub-processors sit? | A named place in Sweden or the EU. No global sweep in the contract. |
| What happens if we stop? | Export in open formats, a timeline and deletion on our side. |
| What are we paying for? | Platform, capacity and implementation - not a hidden per-seat line for an open core. |
Beyond the tool
Commitments you can write into a contract
Your IT should be able to take over. That is part of the first project.
You can buy presence, data, platform or learning on their own.
References
The first project can become a reference
We put success criteria in the contract. If you are satisfied and approve in writing, the assignment can be used as a reference. No invented case studies on the site.
FAQ
Questions we hear before a first assignment
Must we replace everything at once?
No. The first wave is one flow. The rest coexist until you decide more.
Is there a free trial?
Demo and RFI are free. An instance in your environment is a paid first assignment - otherwise it is not an honest reference.
Why no list prices?
Scope and capacity drive the number. You get a quote for that first wave.
Next step: a first assignment you can evaluate
A demo and a written RFI cost nothing. A pilot, trial or first project is how we earn a reference you approve.
